I booked my car for a full detail (under SUV category) at 9:00 AM on 16th August. On arrival, I was told my car falls under the “XLarge” category (a change from July). I had no issue with this and paid the extra, as I wanted a proper full detail. I was told it would take 3–5 hours. When I checked back at 1:00 PM, my car hadn’t even been touched.
