I’m really disappointed with the service today. This is a brand new car, and the piano black dashboard has now been scratched because it wasn’t cleaned properly. That surface needs to be handled carefully, and it’s obvious the correct method wasn’t used. I also prepaid and booked online. I was told the car was “dirty,” which wasn’t accurate as have it cleaned regularly. You charged an additional $15, which I accepted without issue, but the car still wasn’t cleaned properly.
