Gday, Just picked up my Kluger from St Ives Star Car Wash and the boys did a great job. 1000 times better then Forrestway Star Car Wash. I will be definitely be bringing my car back again.
Had a fantastic experience at Star Wash St Ives today. The car wash was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from Samar, the manager. He was so kind and helpful, truly going above and beyond. I highly recommend Star Wash St Ives!
Fast and excellent service
pick up my car and for the second time there was damage done to my car which they took zero responsibility for. First time there was a large piece of paint off the drivers side mirror, took photos and sent a complaint to customer service, never heard a word back. Today there was a large scratch on the inside of the windscreen on the drivers side, very noticeable and was not there when I dropped it off. Watch the CCTV footage which proved nothing.
