Paid 244$ for a 'full detail' on a small hatchback. Could have done a better job at home with some wet wipes and a vacuum.

Cleaning was ok no major complaints but their attitude was very bad. I opted for a normal wash and we agreed on the price, to be paid after cleaning. While back for collecting the car, I was told polish package, which was one of the expensive packages, was applied and was asked to pay the higher amount. I refused and in the end I paid only what I agreed, but the manager became aggressive as if I asked for the expensive package and wants to pay lower.
