Quite impressed with the quality of service from this particular Star Car Wash. Context: my car, although washed externally periodically, has not had a proper clean internally since I bought it 3 years ago. The team here brought it back to life that it practically looks new again. What I also liked, that there was no smell afterwards - I'm particularly sensitive to scents and appreciated that. Terrible customer service, you don’t get greeted here, the staff just honks their horn at you on your arrival. If your car has any faux fur from clothing or hair on the carpet, it’s deemed too dirty and pet hair, extra cost must be paid to proceed. Dude I don’t even have a pet. Oh wait, you don’t want to proceed? Refund is impossible according to the manager, even if the service is not delivered, they make their own consumer law :) Making a complaint through their website? This company still hasn’t fixed my car,
Excellent service and great prices. My wifes car arrived with short notice to the car wash and was able to dit me in. They did a great job considering the vehicle was filthy inside and out.
Really good job and service did a great job getting years of pet hair out of my car 👍
