Do not go to Star Wash, it will be the biggest regret! The staff are extremely disrespectful and lack basic manners. My car was not cleaned at all and was returned to me in the exact same condition it was handed in. Saying you will give the feedback to the operator on site is a complete lie, and I will make sure that people save their money! When I raised this issue, the manager was completely unhelpful, dismissive, and had a clear attitude instead of offering any solution. No accountability, no apology, no professionalism. ... read more
