Car came up great, I have white leather interior and they did a great job, finished ahead of schedule, polite friendly service.
We just got our car. When we dropped it, it was really bad, after years of neglect (and a toddler). I am very surprised how good it came up. The team did a good job. The comms with SMS to confirm the booking, remind the booking, when car was ready was good.
Terrible service and a terrible wash. I booked in for 11am through their online booking system the day before, they had no intention of starting at this time as they had booked in other walk ins over the top of my booking. They only had 3 staff working. Not worth $170, no quality what so ever... the guy pretty much grunted and through me the keys at the end...He didn't care if I was satisfied or not... I'm never going back!
5 year old ute with dog slobber and sand everywhere! They made it look new inside and out. This was my second time using star car wash and will happily keep going back!
First time using but I'll be back for regular washes! Easy to book and car ready on time.
