I had an issue with the way my car was washed. But after I contacted Star Car Wash. Rohit personally reached out to me within half an hour and asked me to come back to the car wash and he’ll make sure I’m happy with the service. After around 45mins my car was rewashed and presented like a brand new car. I’m really thankful for Rohit and that he was very understanding to my complaint.

Very good job and definitely come back
I got my car washed here on Monday, and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. The owner was pressuring me to buy vouchers that I clearly didn’t need. I felt manipulated into buying them, and once I got home, I realized how betrayed I felt by that approach. On top of that, the actual car wash was not worth it at all—the job was poorly done, and my car did not look properly cleaned.
