Interior cleaning was really bad

I paid $400 for a full detailing at Star Car Wash – Plenty Valley (Coles side) and it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. After the initial service, the interior was clearly not properly cleaned. There were visible marks in the cup holders and dust in several interior areas, which I showed staff simply by wiping my finger over the surfaces.
