Took my Ute there for a wash, clearly stated platinum wash was $85 for a 4th they then proceeded to tell me it would be $180, then the boss came out and said $150 because the car was dirty. Why would I take a clean car to a carwash. When I came out from the shops there were still no cars getting washed. Pretty unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend.
Very disappointed after spending $80 on a car wash. They have stripped the paint as they were washing it. I was advised they would check cameras but still no reply.
i got the $79 clean but when I collected my car it was streaky and wasn't washed properly. I mentioned this to the attended and he wiped a few spots but I'm not confrontational so i just left but wont be back
Got a full detailed service and was worth every penny. Highly recommend
Dropped my car off at 2pm and agreed to a 3.30pm pick up, external wash only. We wasted a whole hour extra and arrived to find it untouched. After seeing me upset, they had it rinsed, washed and dried. No shiny tyres, no glass clean, nothing, and still charged me full price. Such a waste of time and money. Never again.
