Paid for a full car internal and external detailing service ($400) and I could have done a better job. Rang them to complain, they asked for video proof. Showed them video proof and they expected me to drive an hour back to them to do a service they should have done from the start. The car was relatively clean to begin with but I paid the money so I wouldn’t have to do it, only to now have to do it anyway because they did an appalling job.
Honestly would rate them 0 if I could. I payed ONE HUNDRED dollars for JUST the interior because of the presence of pet fur, it took them over an hour and a half and then honestly the result wasn’t even that great. Fast forward a month and I visit the Craigieburn STAR CAR WASH and I receive and INTERIOR and EXTERIOR clean to GREAT quality for $80.
