Thoroughly impressed, my husband’s car looks brand new, and it was pretty bad before I took it to Star Wash! My only critique is that despite booking the service that I could afford online, which said it included cleaning seats/console etc, the man I spoke to told me that if I wanted all that done I had to pay an extra $110. I wish, if a business is going to upsell in a way you can’t really get around if you still want the job done, they would just be transparent on their website and charge you the whole thing to start with.
I went to take my car in earlier today for a basic wash inside and out, they tried to charge me $150. I have taken my car to many star car wash franchises and they are great charging me $60 for same service, the $150 option wasnt even on the board, we then agreed to do my car exterior only for $30 then as I went to walk away the worker said it will cost extra $20 to dry my car, I then took my keys back from him and drove away Also they were telling me that it would take over an hour to clean my car whilst the car wash was a ... read more
Amazing attention to detail. Very honest and accommodating. After a bad experience at the narre warren star carwash leaving my brand new car damaged, it is now so shiny and clean. Won't go anywhere else after this experience. Thank you Gary and team.
Absolutely impressed with the detailing job from Star Car Wash Pakenham! My car looks brand new inside and out. The team was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in their work. Every surface was spotless, and they even got into the hard-to-reach spots. Great value for money and excellent customer service. Highly recommend if you're looking to give your car a fresh, clean look!
