The Platinum wash was absolutely fantastic- but I was very surprised that it took 2 hours especially that I had pre-booked.
Quality is so bad for a 55 dollar wash. Not even sure about price since site says should be 39 only (CX-5). Fender liners all still had very visible dirt and not even touched. Trims also arent wiped properly. Had to call them out on site to fix and they did just hurriedly, so ofcourse outcome again is still not good. Had to drive off still dripping wet. Needless to say not ever coming back again.
I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. My car looks like it hasn’t even been cleaned. After the job was done, we inspected it together and they admitted it was still dirty, but they didn’t offer any discount. This is the most expensive car wash in the area, and the service definitely doesn’t match the price. Very disappointing. Please do your job properly.
