Worst job ever. I had to clean it myself when I got home.
When you leave your PREMIUM car at a car wash run by so-called “professionals” and specifically ask for the exterior and the interior windows to be cleaned, you naturally expect your car to actually be WASHED and for the windows not to be forgotten. Instead, 1.5 hours of waiting were completely wasted. The windows ended up with even more streaks than before, the car looks as if it was simply sprayed with water, the tires were just blackened, and the main dirt remained on the vehicle. Very poor service and very long time to wait. I was really disappointed. For $80 dollars it’s must be better!!!
Pretty awful experience. I was offered a full interior clean at 150, Noticed there wasn’t even a steam cleaner, the vaccume cleaner suction was not working almost dead. I had to touch up myself to at least to walk out of the place else they ripped off. If they can’t do an interior clean better mention at the start. Overall I would encourage as many people as I know to avoid unless. I did not dispute the price the least I was expecting was a clean done as said.
