Had my new car washed and cleaned here on the 30/11. Upon checking my car when I got home, other than bug marks on my windscreen and front still, there was a new scratch in the paint work of the bonnet. As the car is new I regularly check it. To say I was extremely disappointed would be an understatement. Even though I texted the number and provided a photo, I received no response.
