This is the second time I've got my car detailed at the Indooroopilly Star Car Wash and each time has been exceptional! Car was like brand new. Thanks so much team!
Hello all, I thank them for the service. However, I would avoid recommending them to others for one reason. There is an obvious carelessness. My child’s car seat was treated badly!!! Photo is attached. Thanks guys and wishing you the same way you treated my car.
Paid $318 for a full detail and when I arrived I was told it would be an additional $50 to clean the 3rd row of seats. When the car was collected my wife had to ask them to vacuum the car again and you could still see a circle on the windshield from my phone holders suction cap. At first I thought is might be a permanent mark but if wiped off very easily when I got home. This is just to name a few things that are very disappointing given the price we paid. I recently visited Indooroopilly Star Car Wash and opted for a service under $100. Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. My windshield was not cleaned, the interior was not cleaned properly, and the headlights weren't cleaned either. When I raised these issues, I was told that the services below $100 aren't handled properly. If that's the case, why offer them at all? It's misleading and a waste of money.
