Thinking I would trust them again a few weeks ago (early September 2024), it was simply a BIG MISTAKE......the previous wash my wheels were not even cleaned, this wash the same and then when I asked why, they said....THEY ONLY ALLOW A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME TO CLEAN WHEELS......ARE YOU FOR REAL STAR CAR WASH. I had to take the rag and wash them myself. I also had to take the rag and wipe down the interior they were supposed to do, myself, and in front of the guy responsible. Bit disappointed again. Price quoted for Isuzu Dmax was more than before. More than other car wash locations on the Northern Beaches. Should stick to Eco Wash at Beacon Hill and better job too.
