Booked and paid on line, arrived at car wash, waited and then called the number on booking, they are closed was the response. I do not live in Sydney so requested refund, 3 emails to “customer care” and 2 phone calls. Non existent customer service ! Not happy !! BE WARNED !!
Took my car there for second time (first was ok), but is difficult to assess the job done when picking up, due to the very poor light within the carpark. Got home to find the chap who washes must have used a gritty rag/chamois/sponge that put light scratches on many panels, and found the rear tailgate has very visible scratches when in daylight outside. I called in at 3.00pm Sat for internal car clean only. Checked the web site beforehand that said they were open, drove in the rain to get there but the place was all closed up. Checked the web site again & it says ‘open’. Not impressed.
