Had my car cleaned last week. I removed all my personal items from the cup holders, door and seat pockets and moved them to the boot. I apologised to the staff member for the mess in the boot (it's full of woolies bags, umbrellas, etc) and said to just leave it. Got home, and saw in daylight lots of missed spots around the wheels and arches but wasn't prepared to drive back and have it rectified. $150 for a very poor cleaning. Car is very dirty. The manager also tried charging me twice once he forgot I had paid when dropping off the car.
Staff were extremely polite and professional. The car was cleaned like new even for a 7 year old dual cab hilux. Will go back again!
