I had platinum service for my Mercedes c200. One of the best car wash in the area. Highly recommended..
I just got my SUV washed but not sure where the it was done properly. I paid $119 for the platinum and polish. It took more than two hours for them to finish. The exterior seems ok (though I can’t really tell whether it is waxed as there is no wax smell at all) but when I checked the trunk and the seats, I am not sure they were cleaned at all. Besides the busy timing still the boys were very efficient , they really are doing a great job . Keep it up guys
Continually try to upsell to higher service. Did it to my daughter earlier this week and then tried the same with me this morning. I very specifically selected the $57 service only to be charged $70 on pick up. When I queried the price I was told that a Mini countryman cost the same as a four wheel drive eg a Prado. Absolute rort! While waiting for the vehicle to be finished after 1.5 hours, I read the customer service list for staff on the wall…the staff need to read this!
