ZERO STARS !!!! It wouldn’t let me post without marking a star. Should be able to give minus stars!!!! My car was cleaned at Moore Park in the night time. The paint has been ruined!!! Hundreds of small scratches over the entire car due to using brushes instead of cloths ( an employee told me). Paint removed by a polisher being used too much!! Absolutely awful. Came back to a car that had been poorly cleaned (smears all over the windows), water inside the car and a scratch down the passenger side of the car. Zero care or customer service. Paid $72 for this privilege and so far no response from their online customer service. Terrible experience. I wanted my car washed, they told me I had to pay an extra $25 as my car was “extra dirty”… which it wasn’t. Zero customer service. Felt like they were just trying it on. Avoid at all costs.
