How to lose a repeat customer 101. I’ve used this location regularly in the past. Always seemed expensive but it’s at my workplace so it’s convenient. Today I paid attention. Sign said $40 for 4wd exterior wash. Left my car with a worker and was told to pay when I pick up. As I was walking away another worker called after me and said “$100 ok? Had to pay an extra $30 just to get into/out of the carpark the car wash is located inside... Website didn't say anything about that when I pre-paid and booked. Massive stitch up.

I arrived at the car wash, they had zero cars at that moment. I asked the guy if he could take some boxes out my car to clean in and out and then put it back together. He said it was too heavy. The box was 25kg and they were two ppl. I told him I could remove the boxes myself and then I would put it back after they finish. Spent $320 on a exterior clean and interior detail on my iLoad, had to stand there and ask them to clean the rims again due to black grin not being cleaned off, windows still had trims still having dirt, he asked how’s the interior and I said probably the same. I left very annoyed and then it got worse when I started looking around my vehicle and spotted dirt and sticky residue from spilt drinks by the kids still on the handbrake and between the front seats and cup holders.
