Not satisfied with service and cleaning was not done properly a week ago brand new car got scratches pathetic service man
Paid $250 for a “full detail” and the result was unacceptable. While the seats were dry cleaned, several key areas were not cleaned at all. The glovebox and centre console were completely untouched, the windows were smeared, the tachometer glass wasn’t wiped, and there were still visible marks on the door panels. Some of the carpet was even pulled out during vacuuming. Paid $250 for a “full detail” and the result was unacceptable. Apart from the seats being dry cleaned, some parts of the car were not cleaned at all. The windows were left smeared, the glovebox and centre console were completely untouched, and even the tachometer glass wasn’t wiped.
