I asked for an interior clean and shampoo, and they tried upselling twice. They quoted me $190 and I said that I will only spend a max of $100. They bartered back with $120. •The interior windows weren’t cleaned. •The seats weren’t cleaned. •The boot wasn’t cleaned •The steering wheel wasn’t cleaned & •The doors weren’t cleaned. Dont think am even stepping foot on any star car wash let alone this one-If you are a reflection of the service i will get in others then i would rather not. Whatever cloth used to clean/dry . . my brand new car(first car wash) and they left scratches all over and asking staff the say they used the right one yet i got scratches on my car. The guy wasnt even any apologetic leave alone admission of wrongdoing.Just dismissive.

Paid $90 and the car still wasn’t clean. Honestly could’ve done a better job myself with a leaf blower and a vacuum in about 20 mins. Paint on rims has been chipped off but rims still somehow aren’t clean. Areas of the tyres have no tyre shine but majority of the rims are coated. Wiped some of the spray on detailer off the paint that they drenched my car in and there’s new scratches underneath. Entire interior of the car is coated in some sort of oil and slippery.
