There's a reason why this place isn't busy. I went to the other two Star Wash in Bondi junction but they were packed hours full, so I thought to try this one. Unfortunately my child has a very minor bathroom accident, 20c size, and the owner refused to clean. While he is absolutely in his right to refuse, it was surprising that he suggested to vacuum it. Lazy and poor job - unfortunately i cant select zero stars here as i would! Avoid at all costs - they are useless and expensive
they were great, my car was so clean and the service was great. they made sure i inspected the car before i left and let me know which parts they weren’t able to clean (due to age which i was aware of and not expecting them to fix)
This is the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. The staff are rude and act like they’re doing me a favour instead of providing a service. Very unprofessional and careless work. Definitely not coming back.
