Great car wash in and outside. Removed stains as requested. Great communication and job finished on time.
If I could give zero stars, I would. To give some context, it was rainy and overcast when I dropped my car off at Star Car Wash Eastern Creek. I was told it would take one hour — which I was happy with. However, when I returned after an hour, my car hadn’t even been started. I was told it would be another 15 minutes, to which I responded that I wanted the job done properly and would return in 45 minutes. Easy to communicate for express wash but there was dirt visible front grill , chrome and boot,
Very impressed with the service provided today. Dropped my car off and went to do a quick shop. An hour later I come and out and my car is finished. Very happy with the detail and how clean the inside of my car is.
