BE VERY CAREFUL. Damage done to my touchpad control unit - cracked surface needing to replace whole control unit. If you can’t report things within their timeframes, too bad, so sad. Being time poor and being away is not a good excuse. Apparently their staff are very honest and would let management know if damage was done. Took my black Audi in for a premium detail for $135. I knew it wouldn't be the highest quality detail - it never is at the shopping centres without natural light and multiple jobs to get through. But there was coffee spilled and dried on my rear passenger door, and I wanted it off urgently. When I picked the car up, it seemed like a decent clean and wash. Disgusting they do not know how to clean. cleaning under cover means no natural light to see the dirt and windows aren’t clean either. My leather had blotches
Took the car in for a $100 clean and was confused as it looked pretty much the same as when I dropped it off.
I went to get my car washed, and after waiting for two hours, they still didn’t finish the job on time. They told me that it wouldn’t be done today and asked me to come back another day. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.”
