had my car washed twice - one was a service that cost around $75 and another was around $110 -- absolute sub standard service. I shouldn't have to check my car and ask them to come back and rewipe stuff etc. The problem is you come back to your car after shopping ready to leave or get to another appointment. I visited Star Car Wash Chadstone today, but unfortunately the cleaning was not done properly. There were still noticeable water marks mixed with dirt left on the car after the wash. I expected a better result for a professional service. I have been to Star Car Wash at The Glen a few times, and their service was much better and cleaner in comparison.
Been here multiple times and it’s consistently disappointing. Paid for the best package, yet my car wasn’t even properly wiped down and they left rubbish inside. Poor results, wasted time, and definitely not worth anyone’s time or money. Not even worth a star.
