Unfortunately I can’t recommend this car wash. $100 for very poor clean quality job. Don’t bother
I visited Star Car Wash Chadstone today, but unfortunately the cleaning was not done properly. There were still noticeable water marks mixed with dirt left on the car after the wash. I expected a better result for a professional service. I have been to Star Car Wash at The Glen a few times, and their service was much better and cleaner in comparison.
Been here multiple times and it’s consistently disappointing. Paid for the best package, yet my car wasn’t even properly wiped down and they left rubbish inside. Poor results, wasted time, and definitely not worth anyone’s time or money. Not even worth a star.
I go to many car washes and I’m extremely fussy. They are without a doubt the best I go to. Can never find any fault in what they do. Worth travelling to and shopping at Chadstone while you wait.
Hands down the best car wash experience I’ve had. This Star Car Wash goes above and beyond in every way. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. My car was cleaned to absolute perfection — inside and out it looked showroom-ready, not a single detail missed. The service was fast, efficient, and absolutely worth the money. If you want top-tier quality and outstanding customer service, this is the place. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. Highly, highly recommended!
