Update: I returned yesterday with my Hyundai i30 and was charged $100. I was surprised by the price, especially since I took my BMW to Star Car Wash at The Glen the following day and was charged only $85. Considering my previous experience with the cleaning quality at Chadstone, I found the higher price difficult to justify. brought my car in yesterday for a wash and when i got home it looked untouched. For a premium place like chadstone this is unacceptable and i wont be back.
Very disappointed with the service. I paid $110 for my ute to be cleaned, but it was still very dirty when I got it back. There were plenty of areas that hadn’t been cleaned properly, and honestly, I expected much better for $110. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash.
This was just an amazing experience!!! The service was fantastic and the clean was thorough! I have been to alot of places in Melbourne but this is by far the best!
Took Star Polish $120 but rather disappointed. Car still has dried water stain and polish not up to expectation.
