First time using this service at Chadstone SC. car park A was the closest to me booked and paid online and used a RACV member 10%discount. Great to be able to walk around SC while waiting. Needed vehicle cleaned inside and out for a special occasion transfer. Excellent clean. No over powering product smell inside afterwards which is appreciated. Only area for improvement is a bell to ring when desk is unattended.

I wanted to reach out regarding the car wash service I paid for (inside and out). Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the quality of the job. I had to drive back shortly after because the front bed hadn’t even been wiped down. Then, once I got home and had a chance to properly check the car—after settling my crying newborn—I noticed that the back hadn’t been cleaned properly either. I recently visited this car wash and opted for their Platinum service, paying $100. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the results. The only thing they did was wash the outside of the car. They didn’t clean the interior at all(just a basic vacuuming !)not even a wipe. For $100, The price is incredibly expensive for the service they offer and the standard they provide. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
