The staff at Car Wash Chadstone Shopping Centre provided exceptional service. They paid attention to every detail during my vehicle’s cleaning, leaving it spotless inside and out. Great value and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely return!
Went for a premium wash. Car was washed reasonable well. But we noticed our tissue box and slippers were missing.
Very disappointed with my experience at Magic Hand Car Wash. Not only was my vehicle not cleaned properly, but I was also overcharged. I drive a Toyota Hilux, which is a standard 4WD, yet I was charged as if it were an extra-large SUV. After the wash, I noticed the windows were still dirty and had clearly not been cleaned properly. The mud flaps were also left covered in dirt and grime, which shows the vehicle was not washed thoroughly despite the extra charge. Got the Platinum Wash done yesterday and not happy at all. The package specifically says “clean dashboard & console”, however my dashboard and centre console were still dusty and not cleaned properly. Very disappointing for a premium wash.
