The worst car wash in Sydney! They must have used a broom to wash the car and left scratches all over the bonnet and side of the car! Do not take your car here!

Learnt my lesson… trust the reviews. I made the mistake of taking the risk despite all the negative reviews, and I honestly didn’t expect the service to be this bad. I paid $59 expecting my car to be properly cleaned, but they barely did anything. When I picked up my car, it looked almost exactly the same as when I dropped it off - the only difference was that the carpets were wet!!! Seriously… what is this? Completely unacceptable and a total waste of money.

I would not recommend this car wash. I paid nearly $200 for a full service, and when I got my car back, the radio display was noticeably scratched. I raised this issue with the manager at the time, however he denied responsibility and stated the scratches were already there. He also advised that he would follow the matter up, but I never received any response. It has now been over a month with no follow-up or resolution. I paid $110 for a polish and clean and got nothing but a $59 inside and out. After trying to contact them twice, they still can’t answer my call. Not happy!
