Really disappointed in the service and attitude at this facility. We came back to our car & all the floor mats were gone. We proceeded to take this up with the manger was so argumentative, raised his voice constantly and had no care for the issue caused by his staff. While waiting for this to be resolved, my husband found blobs of polish that was not washed off and even worse scratch with chipped paint. Overall wash and wax job was good , car looked shiny and dirt free after, boys are good and friendly Drops the car and shop around , till the time they will clean your car . Will be back . Recommending everyone.
Very prompt and awesome
Overall clean was pretty good, inside and out. The seats were pretty dirty and thr steam clean seems pretty good. Might be another day until dry enough to see. Not until I got home I noticed that the e-tag holder on the windscreen had been broken, a handle inside the boot was missing and the inside of the boot and other areas had been sprayed with something that make it all very slippery and leaves residue on hands and anything that touches it. I'll have to wipe it all down before sitting on it.
