I got a platinum car wash, unfortunately I received poor service. The gentlemen questioned my SUV to a 4*4, made to wait 2 hours for a “basic wash” however when the SUV was finished I checked and saw the service was not acceptable. Today We had 3 dishes meal in this cafe but very disappointed about all of them. I normally don’t want to complain and say anything to waitresss and the chef specifically if more people are around and eating but our food were awful. You definitely need to change your chef. We ordered chicken salad which chicken was burnt black , too dry and firm and she covered it with too much sauce to not look very bad , too saucy and sweet and was hard to eat. I have been coming to this place for years. This time I requested the Platinum wash and was asked if I wanted a polish which I agreed to. Afterwards when my car was ready I had to ask for visible dirt to be removed from the driver's side mirror, the centre console was not cleaned and had rubbish left in it. I can't tell if the polish was done either. This cost $119 and I had accrued $30 worth of credit which I used. Going elsewhere.
