Front Window was not cleaned properly and came back with scratches 🤬. Inside the car was not wiped down Vacuuming was done well but they did not vacuum the dashboard mat? The car was washed well but will not use the service again
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was charged $75.00 for an exterior wash, even though the board clearly advertised $35.00. While I paid the amount without issue, the quality of the wash was unacceptable. When the car was returned, it was not cleaned properly – dirt and water marks were left all over the paintwork, and the wheels/rims had simply been coated in excessive tyre shine to hide the fact they hadn’t been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting work. Got the cat back and the wheels had been sprayed with tyre shine. The said it was to make them shiny. They are matte black and not meant to be shiny. It dried just to reveal all the dirt that was left on the wheels. Water spots all over the car. Was told to bring in back to fix it up. Definitely won’t be doing that. Recommend everyone stay away from the poor excuse of vehicle washers. My 1 year old would do a better job. To top it off, I got told to bring it back at no extra charge, wow how nice o... read more
