I paid for the Star service and was disappointed with the quality of the work provided. The cleaning appeared incomplete, with some areas left untouched while others had excessive oily residue applied. This resulted in an inconsistent and unsatisfactory finish. Had a voucher for a Star Polish, staff were very nice and did a really good job, very happy with how my vehicle looked. Thank you ☺️
Worst experience ever. Car was half cleaned. Bumper bar had something put on it so it changed colour from dark grey to patchy light grey. The whole car was left with 20 cent coin size watermarks that i cant wipe off. Disgraceful service. Took the car back. It was cleaned again. Bumper bar looks like they painted over it with something. Would never recommend this place at capalaba central
