I booked a full detail package, but the quality of service was very poor. Even after pointing out missed areas and having them re-clean,(photos are post reclean) there were still visible spots and marks left on the exterior. A proper detail job should not need to be checked panel by panel by the customer. On top of that, I noticed more scratches on the car afterwards than before the wash.
