Disappointing service. Won't be returning. I will give 1 star for the clean exterior but the inside was barely cleaned properly. I brought it up with the staff and manager but they just proceeded to act ignorant. I knew the condition I dropped off my car in - hence why I booked it in for a professional clean. I was expecting to receive a clean interior - as the package deal outlined. However, all they did was wipe the dust around Really disappointed about of the ignorant mindset and lack of customer service.
Very disappointed. This place is an absolute scam. They didn’t clean my car properly at all there was still ash left on the seats when I got it back and the exterior wasn’t done properly either. The guy even told me he couldn’t remove some water stains because the paint would “come off” which makes no sense. For the price they charge, I expected at least a proper clean. Do not go here. waste of money and time.

Ridiculous service by them. Paid $100 for a clean and exterior wax (specifically mentioning cleaning of inside out which was an $85 package). The guy said if I paid $100 in cash or PayID, he’d add wax for me too. I agreed. The car was ready in an hour and to my surprise, dirty inside and not cleaned properly outside.
