Very disappointed by the wash this morning and the overall attitude of the person who appeared to be the manager of the setup. There was no interest in understanding what I wanted or cared about in the wash, but just in upselling. Ultimately the wash was poor with obvious areas missed, and there was no interest in engaging when I tried to draw attention while I was there. Plus, they charge you for using a card for payment but do not include that additional charge in the final invoice.
