Crap car wash.
I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. I was charged $150, which I expected would include a thorough and professional clean. Unfortunately, the quality of the service was far below expectations. The car was not cleaned properly, and several areas were clearly missed. What was even more frustrating was that I was handed my car key only after I had already paid, without being given the chance to properly check the vehicle beforehand. I’ve been to a few of these car wash franchises before, and I must say this one is by far the best. My car was disgusting, I just got the basic clean, but the guys went over and above. Really happy with how it looked and also the customer service.
Wanting to have my car washed and cleaned inside and out along with a polish , they were very busy and I asked them have you got time, they said yes come back in 2 hours came back 90 minutes later to put things in the back and still hadn’t started it, came back 45 minutes later and they were just washing it 15 minutes later and $100 and it was never polished. I’ll try someone else next time.
Very good and fast service leaving my car spotless and clean.
