Gave them another shot today & they didn’t even try to vacuum properly, left dust fibres everywhere. Won’t use again
Confusion with which Car Wash had booked in to was overcome by great customer service. Didn’t realise there are two Star Car Washes at Warringah Mall However when I arrived at the incorrect Wash, they offered to drive my car to the correct one and to drop it backward too! God bless - it meant I could enjoy my pedicure. If booking on line, please check whether you are booking at Level 1 (near DJs) or Level 3 (near Big W)
Very poor job completed by Star Car Wash at Warringah Mall (level 3). Paid for a Full Detail service that is priced at just under $300 with the website saying it will take 3-4 hours to complete; as should be expected if you are wanting the whole interior and exterior of the car washed. However, the job done was subpar at best: with dirt, grass, dust and spider webs all present throughout the whole vehicle along with floor mats being wet. Awesome car wash here ! The boys here go above and beyond for such a good price ! Swen was awesome when I pointed out a spot that was my not clean but my own fault and looked after me really well ! Thankyou so much for always keeping my car super clean !
