Terrible experience - In process of selling our car. This detailer somehow managed to rip all the fabric trims off the inside of front doors didn’t offer to repair, no discount, no apology. We felt intimidated by the four workers there who dismissed what occurred and we eventually left. Just disgusting.
This happened after interior cleaning and they said I just need to glue it back..extremely unhappy and disappointed with the quality of their service. No compensation was given. The other side is worse than this and their solution is to glue it for myself. Poor customer service.
❌❌Consumer beware ❌❌ Do not use this place for any car detailing work. Otherwise you risk damage to your vehicle. Business is completely incompetent for detailing work. Check reviews carefully and see for yourself.
I do not recommend to book this service online or to attend to this branch. I made a booking for an interior cleaning for a fair price and when I arrived they told me that what I paid on their official website was not enough for the service. They start to say that my SUV was too big and old. It is just an average Honda Crv, how tf is it bigger than other SUVs? They asked me an extra of 100 dollars.
