Had a great experience with the rental car here. John is amazing and made the process so hassle free. He took care of all the paperwork and it was perfect!

I was charged $200, possibly more on cc, the business can’t provide an invoice, for bringing my dog in car once to emergency appointment and cleaned thoroughly. John was nice enough and said he bought the business in 2021 but still feel taken advantage of and didn’t know I had the option of disputing the transaction at the time. I would choose another car rental option in the future and not given them any opportunities to hit me for additional fees, I’d rather spend a night out in Boston or fly to Aruba.

Terrible service. I could look past the fact the jeep they rented us was riddled with bullet holes but these people will blatantly steal your money under the guise of lost keys. They told me to drop my keys in the mailbox because they were gone for the day even tho it was an hour before they close. The next day they said the keys werent there and they kept my deposit of $300. Oh and forget about any property you left in the car! DO NOT GO HERE
