I realize no one cares but I'm a little sad because this USED to be my favorite dispensary. The 1 star is bc of management changes, and unresponsiveness. Budtenders still get 5 stars as things are out of their control! The remodel did more than change the look... The whole vibe has changed. Deals have been confusing & I'm finding different deals/prices depending on where I look!!??? Reward points & purchase history are not showing up in my account!? Honestly one of the worst budtenders I’ve had in a while. My budtender was vague, rude, and short with me, and I felt rushed. I was trying to pick between a couple of options and felt rushed. I’d ask her questions and she would respond in kind of short non specific answers about the products even though she’s tried all of them. Usually budtenders are more specific and happy to help and give specific answers. I felt like she wanted me out of there as quickly as possible.
