I was first introduced to the pool business by my friend's father. I decided to work for him to learn the inside and out's of the industry with the intents of operating my own company. After learning the basic structure of the business I soon established Star Bright Pool and Spa Care.

Poor communication and customer service overall. Called them to drain, clean and refill my pool. I also wanted weekly service on my pool. My pool turned green after only 3 weeks and they said I needed new filters when they actually they just needed to be cleaned. I don't believe they ever inspected the pumps like they said they did. I also wanted the pool light put back in after my attempt to fix it myself. They told me more than once that they would come out and put it back in for me and never did. Aaron has been amazing everytime he comes to service my pool along with multiple fixtures, his extensive knowledge gives me reassurance and confidence that there are trustworthy professionals who can help tackle your needs. Time frame he uses to work on projects are reasonable. My pool pump went completely out along with pipe replacements and he did an immaculate clean job. Customer service skills is subpar and the attitude is what turned me away from even seeking further Services! Didn't even get a chance to service my pool so I wasn't even going to chance it. It was a woman I spoke too didn't catch her name.
Aaron is fantastic, down to earth and provides excellent services with great value. Highly recommended him...
