all of the people here are nice, but my boyfriend and i had a horrible experience. they deemed his car a total loss after taking the entire front end off of it. they took off interior pieces that we have no idea what the point of taking them off. door cards, door handles, pillar interior pieces, and did not put ANYTHING back together. they had him tow it out of there because it wasnt driveable. they gave him a huge bag of bolts which nothing is labeled so we have no idea what goes where.

I’m referring to the summit Avenue location with this review. Becca was great to work with and everyone did an amazing job on my car. Was pleased with that whole thing. However, the front desk guy Was so unbelievably unpleasant to work with and be around that I’m knocking two stars off. You guys have to get a new person for your front desk who isn’t so offputting around customers.
Outstanding work by this shop! Also they really have a GREAT lifetime warranty on their work. Professional and friendly staff as well. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of quality auto body and paint. Thank you again Star Body Works for a job well done.
A big thanks to B, Jonathan, and all the folks at Star Body Works. They did a great job on my Volvo. I was routinely updated and they made sure everything was perfect. You'd never know the car was in an accident. I highly recommend these guys!
