Unfortunately wrecked my car. Had to pay a lot for the tow but they were very kind and helpful through the process and took time to explain the fees. Don’t recommend getting in an accident but if you do, these guys will help.
Hannah tried accusing me of a scam when I just wanted to figure out some details about a claim Her boss tried to accuse me cursing when I didn't. They would not offer clarifications. They are a corrupt business! Run them out of town! Don't give them your business!
Repairs needed to be done to my car due to an unfortunate “minor” accident of my parked car being hit, and the results are absolutely lovely!! The paint match is perfect. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and upfront about all repairs and changes to the insurance claim. They even vacuumed out my car, wiped down the inside and I think they cleaned the windows!!! I had to have a bumper replaced. That is some stellar service.
The quality of the work was excellent, the service was excellent. My insurance did not include a rental car, they were kind enough to give me a loaner car for a week at no cost. I highly recommend these guys. Jena Heth
