Horrible customer service they sell Old and expired products and don’t allow you to return or exchange them I used to shop here all the time Spent a lot of money and when I attempted to return a product I literally bought 5 minutes before due to the product being old and dried out they would not exchange it then yelled directly into my face when I was calm and not agressive at all Will Never shop here again !!!!!!!

I went to star beauty today and purchased edge control from them. The supply was very limited but I decided to take a chance on the Cantù edge control that they had at the front. When I got home I opened the container and saw that the product was already old and unusable. I went straight back to the store and brought the product back with me. Quiet, clean store with nice staff. Great selection of men and women body oils and other beauty / hair care items for women. I greatly appreciate their wide variety of body oils for men and it is why I am a loyal customer for over the past three years.
