Update 03/05/2026: After over a year someone finally responded to this review. That alone says a lot. Let me start by saying that I have spent hundreds of dollars at this beauty supply store. Today I had a horrible experience and a profund example of lack of customer service and integrity. I purchased earrings a braiding rack and 2 bottles of Star Beauty oil. I saw a sign that said it was on sale for $3.99 reg price $7.99. When it rung up it stated $7.99. I told the cashier that the sign says $3.99. I said that that price sh... read more
They're rogue. I bought hair on sale for $169.99 each but when I checked the sticker under the sales sticker, the old price was actually $159.99 so I asked the supervisor and the clerk why so. They told me if I wanted to get it for feel. They're very confrontational and rude.
Very well stocked and many sales.
