Customer service was decent, but the items are over priced compared to the hair stores I’ve been in locally. Not to mention, I did purchase some hair while there, and when I got the hair open, I couldn’t even use it. It was super tingly, and the quality of hair was low. It was a krochet being done for someone & unfortunately they couldn’t use the hair. I felt bad for recommending the store. But no returns, smh.
