My experience with this company has aways been a great one ,they are honest people and so kind, I love this shop it has been awhile since we been there because we moved out the city, but where I live now there have been a number of times I wish I could have put my car on a trailer and pull it back down to Gary to fix for me but it is about 200 and something miles away lol thanks for all you all have done for me and my family Pastor Tim!
Impossible to get someone on the phone. They literally have a phone number that ONLY tells you to text or go online. Do NOT support businesses like this! This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The company is closed or out of business made an appointment, sent me a confirmation but phones don’t reach any one and address isn’t for star automotive any more WTH
