I brought my 2003 Jaguar XK8 to Star Automotive on 2-23-2024. When I set the appointment, the service I requested was to have all of the transmission fluid replaced throughout the transmission, torque converter, transmission cooler and lines. I was assured they had the proper equipment to do so. Since they had the car all day I thought the service had been completed, however when I looked over the invoice there was not enough fluid to have done the complete job.
