The owner is not friendly and is rude. He hangs up on you. He needs to do better, his business is going to fail if he doesn’t do better. No rude comments Owner, I don’t want to hear them. Learn to respect the customer and honor the Groupon the way it should be. I see failure in your future. Be kind it’s free and you maybe able to regain some business and respect from possible new customers. We keep you in business or we can break your business down. Think before you open your mouth.

I recently used a Groupon voucher for an oil change, but the experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived at the merchant location (after driving 15 miles from my home), I was told I had to pay an additional $20 IN CASH ONLY or leave without service. I ended up paying nearly double the cost of the advertised service, which defeats the purpose of the voucher. I clearly mentioned that I have Groupon voucher over the call for the appointment.
