I recently used a Groupon voucher for an oil change, but the experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived at the merchant location (after driving 15 miles from my home), I was told I had to pay an additional $20 IN CASH ONLY or leave without service. Came to place , guy Was so rude I asked him a question what oil need to be in the car he simply don’t want to answer and said here is your $20 back , on top of coupon he asked for $20 , after one more question he said I’m not doing oil change for you never seen such a rude and ridiculous people. I bought a $50 Groupon for a full synthetic oil change which was around $80 at regular price. I called and made a 9am appointment for 3/28/25. It was a very simple and quick call. The employee or owner who was on shift during the appointment was 20 minutes late and refused to service the car until a storage fee of $20 was paid IN CASH ONLY. This business is so unprofessional. No wonder all the reviews are bad. I purchased a Groupon for an Oil change for this business and when I initially called to set up an appointment for the oil change, I was told they don’t do appointments and to call back the day I wanted to get the service done. I call back on the day I want to get the service done, leave a voicemail, and no one calls me back.
