Scams Groupon - I offered OEM plus quality oil and filter to bypass the upcharge that he usually addon on customer's bill; now he's refusing service on the vehicle. Don't waste your time and find an honest and reliable mechanic. If he can't scam or add on additional charges - he's refusing service. Bad business. Now I have to deal with Groupon for a refund, but the inconvenience is worth dodging this bullet of a shoddy mechanic. Bought a groupon for a full synthetic oil change for $47. Called to make an appointment and obviously he has no business because I said I wanted an appointment for monday then he told me he could get me in at 9am tomorrow and I told him I couldnt make that and he asked what time then and I said “how about noon?” He said fine and I told him I have a groupon. He then told me it would be AN ADDITIONAL $30 CASH ON TOP OF WHAT I PAID FOR THE GROUPON. That would make it full price and not a deal at all. Already contacted groupon a... read more

The owner is not friendly and is rude. He hangs up on you. He needs to do better, his business is going to fail if he doesn’t do better. No rude comments Owner, I don’t want to hear them. Learn to respect the customer and honor the Groupon the way it should be. I see failure in your future. Be kind it’s free and you maybe able to regain some business and respect from possible new customers. We keep you in business or we can break your business down. Think before you open your mouth.
