I purchased a Groupon for an Oil change for this business and when I initially called to set up an appointment for the oil change, I was told they don’t do appointments and to call back the day I wanted to get the service done. I call back on the day I want to get the service done, leave a voicemail, and no one calls me back. Took off work a few hours early to make it there by my scheduled appointment time only for him to tell me that he is leaving and has "better things to do"! When I reminded him that I had an appointment he began to gaslight me in every way possible; said I should have been there early in the morning, then him having "better things to do" became a doctor's appointment "he had", but never mentioned, KNOWING that I had just scheduled the appointment and driven straight there!
