I don't complain, nor I post much: I was excited to see the word Autohaus on a maintenance shop. I bought my BMW in Germany and lived there for 10 years. But I did feel cheated. Charged over 1700 to fix the wrong thing more than once. Stated my oil sensor was bad on my BMW, returned the vehicle, and was supposedly fixed. Had to return the vehicle for the same issue the next day and was told it was fixed again. Did not want to return a third time after the same warning light came on AGAIN. Heike and the crew are professional and friendly. They know German cars inside and out. They are honest and charge reasonable rates. Highly recommended!

Star Autohaus is a great place to service my car on a Moments notice,.Holver is there all the time and he looks at my car immediately to look at the extent of the repair, gets me in as quick as you can usually within the day and his prices are fair. I've had no issues taking my 740 to his shop, thanks Holver!
