First time bringing my car here. Had a great experience, very knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed and why. Other customers were raving and had been going there for years. Highly recommend.
My E350 would not start and I had it towed to Star Autohaus. They were busy but had a chance to diagnose it as a failed fuel pump (as I had suspected). They gave me a quote and got the car back to me in two days, good considering I had no appointment on the books. When I went to pick it up it was $200 LESS than they quoted me because the saved money on the replacement part. I trust their work and integrity and my car is driving better than before.
