⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Service at Star AutoHaus! I brought my Lexus in for brakes, 100K maintenance, and some issues like hesitation and squeaks. Heike's team gave me a fair estimate, completed everything quickly, and the car ran perfectly. When a squeak appeared after a road trip, they fixed it same day, no extra charge. Honest, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend Star AutoHaus in San Marcos for quality work and great customer care!
We’ve been bringing our car here for 15 years now. It’s a great feeling when you can hand the keys to somebody and know the job is gonna be done right and not have to worry about being ripped off. These are wonderful people with a great work ethic. if you drive a German car, this is the only place you should have it worked on
I don't complain, nor I post much: I was excited to see the word Autohaus on a maintenance shop. I bought my BMW in Germany and lived there for 10 years. But I did feel cheated. Charged over 1700 to fix the wrong thing more than once. Stated my oil sensor was bad on my BMW, returned the vehicle, and was supposedly fixed. Had to return the vehicle for the same issue the next day and was told it was fixed again. Did not want to return a third time after the same warning light came on AGAIN.
