My E350 would not start and I had it towed to Star Autohaus. They were busy but had a chance to diagnose it as a failed fuel pump (as I had suspected). They gave me a quote and got the car back to me in two days, good considering I had no appointment on the books. When I went to pick it up it was $200 LESS than they quoted me because the saved money on the replacement part. I trust their work and integrity and my car is driving better than before.

I don't complain, nor I post much: I was excited to see the word Autohaus on a maintenance shop. I bought my BMW in Germany and lived there for 10 years. But I did feel cheated. Charged over 1700 to fix the wrong thing more than once. Stated my oil sensor was bad on my BMW, returned the vehicle, and was supposedly fixed.
