I complained about the way they handled it, but they kept making excuses, saying the car originally had problems or that the insurance company had cut down the estimate. In the end, they charged an additional fee through the insurance company and carried out the rework. And then I was threatened with remarks like, “If you ever show up at this shop again, I’ll do something to you.”

Friendly, reliable & went the extra mile fixing issues that was already existing on our car such as peeled paint on bonnet & boot lid. And an existing dent on passenger door.
