I had a accident and damaged my drivers side door. When I got to Star Auto i was in a state.. absolute mess to be homest as I heading down south on holidays thay day. The genuine heartfelt kindness shown to me by Devinder in the first instance set the tone for my experience. While I was a hot mess and shaking he was calm and reassuring. I went to this workshop to get my car repaired. They promised the quoted price was final and that my car would be fully fixed. I trusted them and paid without even checking the car — big mistake. As soon as I took it home, new issues appeared: power steering, traction, seat belt, and airbag errors. When I called, they kept making excuses — saying it would fix itself or they’d call once parts arrived. It’s been over four months now, and nothing has been done.
