I don't recommend them. I believe they are incompetent and dishonest. They misdiagnosed my truck then wanted $1,100 to install used parts. I found the same parts for $200. They parts they suggested did not solve the problem.

I had a recent experience at Star Auto Garage that left me disappointed. I brought my vehicle in expecting a clear diagnosis, but I felt the communication about the actual issue and what was needed could have been much better.The overall process did not feel transparent, and I was not fully confident about the necessity of the service that was performed. Smog check oxygen sensor was not complete. Was told they could fix and pass smog. Service cost for diagnostic and the sensor replaced (hopefully new sensor). Paid overpriced amount $550!!. The smog check did not pass!!! Told to leave car for additional service and more charges, but now told could not guarantee smog check would pass. This business is not honest and overpriced for job not fixed. Run from this place.
