I dropped my vehicle off for repairs at Star Auto Repair in Barstow where they stated that the cost of repairs for my vehicle would be 900.00 they also provided an invoice with this amount and we all agreed this would be the final price. Upon inquiring about the progress of my vehicle I was then told that the price would have to be raised to 1180.00 and provided a new invoice, I was told the additional 280.00 would be for a part that needed to be ordered so I agreed, I then paid the 900.00 and the additional 280.00 totaling ... read more
I had them to replaced mud splash guard under the engine today and I came home checked under engine but I don't see splash guard that I couldn't believe it is handed parts to them but they didn't installed it but charged me $50.00. I need to go back at least to get my parts back and will report it.
