Last month, I was rear ended. I trusted Delaney with the repairs because I bought my car at their dealership a few years ago, and have had nothing but great experiences with them! They explained why it was unsafe to drive my car at the time of the accident, and helped facilitate the rental process. My car was damaged while parked.. Delaney collision center was excellent in getting it fixed quickly .. handling the rental and taking care of everything. Excellent smooth and easy experience.. highly recommend!!
Brought my car here almost 2 months ago with extensive damage, they had my car for over a MONTH n a half, and within 2 hours of me getting it back (not even 2 miles driven) my tire pressure light came on. When checked, the tire pressure was almost non existent (8PSI). They did tow my car back to Delaney (thankfully) and “fixed it” for me, and even dropped it back off at work for me. As a business fleet owner I have more experience with collision shops than I would care to, so I speak with some background when I say that Delaney Collision Greensburg has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Actually, it’s hard to call it bad service when there really just isn’t any customer service at all.
