Exceptional customer service. There was a small issue where the wrong part was accidentally ordered. The part was more expensive however, Lorenzo took accountability for the mistake and we were able to come to a fair compromise. The technician, Cody raced out to get the part and completed the repair in a timely fashion. I would recommend Star Auto Glass Hamilton.
