I couldn’t not say nothing I would give 0 stars if I could, after my experience at STAR ATL, I feel it's important to share my honest perspective as a parent. My daughter enjoyed many aspects of cheer, and we invested a great deal of time, money, and commitment into the program. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience as a parent at STAR ATL, I feel it's important to share my honest feedback. The biggest issue was the customer service. As a paying customer, I consistently felt unwelcome and dismissed. Quiana, who is one of the primary points of contact for parents, was often rude, unapproachable, and lacked the professionalism and customer service skills expected in a youth organization.
