I needed a refrigerator repair (water dispenser and icemaker not working). Star Appliance was more reasonably priced than its competitors, was prompt in scheduling the repair, and did a good job in repairing the refrigerator quickly and at a good price. I would recommend them without hesitation to others.
After 1 week without a working refrigerator and 2 canceled appointments by Sears, I called Star Appliance. Someone was available to come the same day, called me with updates on timing, and fixed the problem on the spot. I will use Star again and recommend them to my friends.

The owner came by first thing the next morning and thoroughly diagnosed the washer problem. He was also very honest in telling me that in his opinion rather than trying to fix it, I should probably buy a new machine.
